What is actually meant by SMARTNESS??????

Different people have different ideas or sometimes prejudices about this very word. Well, some say a stylish person (u know what I mean) is SMART. In fact, they mean that if one has good looks and moves in "style", then he or she is ought to be SMART. But they are completely of the wrong belief. Smartness actually means the ability to act in arduous and lugubrious circumstances at the rigorous minute.That's what is called SMARTNESS.
